  • Before we start our projects you'll have some pre-project homework to complete prior to your start date. This will depend on your project, but here is what you should be prepared to work on:

    • Questionnaire to set the tone of your project (what you like (and don't like), inspiration and a background on your business

    • Complete copy and photos you'd like included on your website. If you need help with copywriting, we do offer that service for an additional fee.

    • Decide on any third-party services you would like included. This includes email marketing, booking service, or other integrations. (We can provide recommendations on these if you need them too -- just ask!)

  • We design all of our client websites (and ours!) on the Squarespace platform. We love the platform because we can create beautiful websites that function just the way you need them too. Plus, post launch our clients love the platform because it has a user-friendly backend that we'll teach you how to use.

  • First, you'll need a full brand design that we'll apply to the template. And also all of your content for the core pages of your site need to be ready for me before we can start your project. This means, photos, the words for all your pages, your opt-in, and blog posts (if applicable). If you need help with this we can chat!

  • Your start date will depend on our design availability. Typically we book out 1-2 months in advance, but sometimes we can start sooner than that. If you have a specific timeline in mind, be sure to let us know when you reach out and we'll see what we can do!

  • No Squarespace account, no problem! We'll set up a trial account on our account during the design process and then provide instructions on how to create and upgrade your account at launch. Because we're apart of Squarespace's professional network, you'll also receive a 20% discount on your account. Already have a Squarespace account? That works too! Then we'll design your website right on your account from the beginning.

  • Upon launch, you'll get a full video training on all of the features included on your website so that you're empowered to make edits yourself. We also provide 2 weeks of post launch support to answer any questions as you're getting familiar with things. After that, if you'd like more support we offer website maintenance services at our hourly rate of $75/hour.

  • No. Although other businesses have used the same template, it’s all about what we do with the design. With Squarespace, customization is always possible; even when you’re using a template!

    By using your company’s branding elements, images, and copyright you will have a website that is truly unique to your business.
