I was hired by SelfCare Central to redesign their E-Commerce store through Shopify, addressing various issues stemming from multiple individuals making uncoordinated changes throughout the year. The website faced several challenges which included duplicate buttons, 404 error pages throughout the website, and out of stock product listings.

My approach involved doing a thorough website analysis and then developed a website re-design strategy for SelfCare Central. To ensure a seamless transition, all updates were done behind the scenes, with no downtime for the website.

The redesign process began with simplifying the homepage for a cleaner and more user-friendly appearance. I then reviewed all product inventory, removing inactive items, improving product descriptions, and updating product images to give the website a modern and cohesive look.

The final result was a revitalized website that offered a more simplified user experience and a streamlined ordering process.
